Billel Fathallah is both a content creator specializing in perfumery, known as Voyageur Olfactif, and a brand founder. Passionate about the art of fragrance, he collaborated with some of the biggest names in the perfume industry before forging his own path.

For the past two years, he has been writing his “personal legend” through Coelia Parfums, the independent brand he founded. His first fragrance, Dinajpur, has achieved international success, and a second creation will be released in November.
