David O’Halloran has been working in the Cosmetic and Fragrance industry for 44+ years after graduating from Rutgers University in 1979. David has worked for companies such as Procter and Gamble, Bristol Myers Consumer, and Givaudan Fragrances. His current position for the past 6 years has been Vice President Cosmetic and Fragrance Labs. at Arcade Beauty. David holds several patents for skin and fragrance technologies and has spoken on fragrance technology for the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and American Society of Perfumers.

At Arcade Beauty David leads the various labs on fragrance solution formulation and blending, fragrance delivery, which includes proprietary fragrance encapsulation technologies, and new fragrance delivery. Customers include L’Oreal, Estee Lauder, Coty, Chanel, Guerlain as well as many other prestigious brands.

This presentation will be focused on innovation in fragrance delivery for customer trial as well as for the retail market. Several concept samples and marketed products will be shown and shared at this presentation.
