His expertise is in developing a scientific solution to fulfill a business and market need. Jahrl Stefan brings many industrial business development experiences, such as correlating installation systems using AI for energy-optimization, improving data center operations, and implementing fiber optics for company networks.

INOOCQ is a technology spinoff from CEA (the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission).
