Leila launched Cosmetics Inspiration & Creation in 2007 in Paris after more than 20 years of experience in the cosmetics and fragrances business, including Procter & Gamble and LVMH.

Leila’s multi-cultural education, international studies and industry experience give her a unique sense of open-mindedness and the ability to find alternative perspectives and pathways to innovation. She is a regular speaker at industry events, including MakeUp in Paris, Los Angles and New York, and Cosmetique360. She is also a contributor to professional beauty magazines including Premium Beauty News.
