Michael Hagander is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Microcaps, a company that has developed patented technology for ethanol-free fine fragrances. This innovative technology allows for the encapsulation of fragrance oil into alginate shells.

Michael studied mechanical engineering and earned his master’s degree from ETH Zurich. Before that, he pursued aviation studies at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. He has been a pilot since the age of 18.
