An engineer specializing in Quality and regulations, Nicolas has extensive experience in the field of Quality, HSE and CSR.

Nicolas started his career within the Albéa Group, specializing in plastic packaging. He was in charge of Quality and Environment projects for the Group, before transitioning to Quality Manager in charge of strategic suppliers in Europe. After that, he moved to the United States where he took over the quality management of three factories.

He joined the Pochet Group in 2018 as Quality Director of the Qualipac division before being appointed as Group CSR Director in 2021.

Nicolas leads the group’s CSR strategy, which focuses on responsible eco-design and the reduction of the Pochet’s environmental impact through an ambitious decarbonization plan.
