President of Scentys, a French industrial SME specialising in perfume diffusion, Pierre Loustric is a graduate of ESSEC (BBA) and INSEAD (AMP). Aged 61, he began his career as Export Area Manager at Legrand.

Then he moved to Italy and became Director of the local subsidiary of Groupe Roset, from 1990 to 1998.

In March 1998, he returned to France where launched the Dyson brand, as CEO of Dyson France SAS. In 2007, he became CEO of Uniross.

Between 2009 and 2012, he held general management positions at Russell Hobbs and Techtronic Industries (TTi). Between the end of 2012 and 2015, he was President of HomeServe France before joining Scentys in 2016.
