Tiphaine Cogez Cousseau

Brume Orpin

CEO & Founder

A business graduate, Tiphaine began her career at Rochas with Olivier Theyskens, then joined Balmain under Christophe Decarnin. In 2008, she collaborated with Francis Kurkdjian and Marc Chaya on the launch of Maison Francis Kurkdjian, where she directed international marketing for seven years and deepened her strategic expertise alongside Fred Rawyler, artistic director of Hermès.

In 2020, she founded Brume Orpin, a haute perfumery house dedicated to uniting beauty, health, and environmental responsibility. With an uncompromising approach, she collaborates with French artisans and manufacturers to create biodegradable, allergen-reduced fragrances from local and innovative materials. Beyond technical innovation, Tiphaine promotes an ethical approach to design and production in France. Every detail — from sourcing to bottle design, from fragrance composition to packaging — celebrates French savoir-faire while minimizing environmental impact. Visionary and exacting, she redefines luxury as conscious, responsible, and deeply human.
